Oud Perfume & Attar
Agarwood every way — clean white oud, woody Kashmiri oud, and resinous alcohol-free oud attars.
How to choose
Where to start with oud
Oud — agarwood — is the deepest note in perfumery, and no family varies more. Start clean and work deeper.
- White Oud — agarwood softened with musk and cedar — the easiest way in
- Kashmiri Oud — agarwood over rose and sandalwood; the classic men's oud
Oud attar or oud perfume?
The same ouds come two ways. An oud attar is pure oil with no alcohol: it sits close to the skin, lasts through the day and is what most people wear to namaz. An oud perfume is a spray that projects further in the first hour, which suits weddings and evenings.
- White Oud Attar — the clean oud as an alcohol-free roll-on
- Kashmiri Oud Attar — the woody oud in oil
- Oud Ameer Attar — the resinous flagship in oil
Wearing oud in Indian weather
Oud is at its strongest in the heat. In summer one roll or one spray is plenty; in winter and at night it carries well with two. For a softer oud, wear a clean musk on the other wrist.
Questions
What is white oud?
A cleaner, lighter style of oud: the smoky agarwood is softened with musk and woods, so it reads fresh rather than heavy. Our White Oud dries down to musk and cedar, and comes as a perfume and as an alcohol-free attar.
Which oud should a man start with?
Kashmiri Oud for a classic woody oud, or White Oud for something cleaner that works in an office. Both come as a spray and as an attar.
Is oud attar alcohol-free?
Yes. Every PXM oud attar is pure perfume oil with no alcohol, from ₹299. The oud perfumes on this page are sprays and do contain alcohol.
How long does oud last?
Around 6 to 8 hours on the skin, longer on clothes. Sprays project more in the first hour; attars stay closer and steadier.
