Are Perfume X Market attars really alcohol-free?
Yes. Every PXM house attar is a 100% alcohol-free oil perfume. Designer and niche fragrances on the site are sprays and contain alcohol, and are labelled as such.
Are Perfume X Market attars handmade?
Yes. Every PXM house attar is hand-blended and hand-bottled in small batches at the Bahraich store, and each bottle is checked by a person before it ships. Designer and niche perfumes are sold sealed as they come from the distributor.
What is the difference between an attar and a perfume?
An attar is a concentrated oil perfume applied by roll-on, with no alcohol; it sits close to the skin and lasts through the day. A perfume or eau de parfum is an alcohol-based spray that projects further at first and fades sooner.
How long does an attar last on the skin?
Around 6 to 8 hours, longer on clothes. Apply a small amount to the wrists, neck and behind the ears; oil perfume warms with the body and opens over the first half hour.
How fast is delivery?
In Bahraich city, orders are at your door in about 15 minutes. Everywhere else in India, orders ship by courier and arrive in 3 to 6 days. You can track every order from the Track your order page.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes. Cash on delivery is available across India with a ₹79 handling charge, and in Bahraich for ₹10. Offers and coupons apply to prepaid orders only.
How can I pay online?
Through Razorpay: UPI, debit and credit cards, netbanking and wallets. Payment is confirmed instantly and you receive a receipt by email.
Are the designer fragrances genuine?
Yes. Designer and niche bottles are sourced from authorised distributors and sold sealed, exactly as they come from the house. They are separate from our own line, the PXM house fragrances we blend and bottle ourselves in Bahraich and sell under our own names. Each order is personally checked before it ships.
Can I return or exchange a fragrance?
Sealed, unused bottles can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Opened fragrances cannot be returned for hygiene reasons; see the Return and refund policy for the exact steps.
Do you ship outside India?
Not yet. We currently ship to every PIN code in India.
