Where we ship

We ship across India — every state, every PIN code our courier partners reach.

Paying for your order

You can pay online in advance — UPI, cards or netbanking, processed securely by Razorpay — or choose cash on delivery.

Cash on delivery carries a ₹79 handling charge, and offers, discounts and coupon codes apply to prepaid orders only. Prepaid orders cost us far less in return-to-origin courier charges, so we pass that saving straight back to you — paying online is almost always the cheaper option, and the charge and lost discounts are always shown before you confirm.

Timelines

• Dispatch: within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation (working days).
• Delivery: typically 3–7 days depending on your location; metros are faster, remote PIN codes can take a little longer.
• Tracking: we send your tracking details on WhatsApp as soon as the parcel ships.

Packaging

Glass bottles travel bubble-wrapped and boxed. We request you to record an unboxing video when your parcel arrives — if anything is broken or wrong, it makes your return effortless (see our Return & Refund Policy).
